Harris County is partnering with the Federal government to provide COVID-19 testing to those experiencing symptoms or who may have been exposed to the virus. If this applies to you, please begin the process using the COVID-19: Self-Assessment Tool / (832) 927-7575 (technical access needs).
Taking an online COVID-19 screening is your first step in determining whether you may need to be tested for the virus. Right now, the county is prioritizing those who are currently displaying Coronavirus symptoms and our first responders. Anyone who is showing symptoms should take the self-assessment screening and follow the instructions provided. If you don’t have online access, you can call 832-927-7575 to take the assessment over the phone.
